Some Class II medical devices if not licensed in accordance with the Canadian law for usage by/for clinical/medical diagnosis or evaluation cannot be sold by NexGen in Canada. Such products will only be sold to NexGen only if the manufacturer has obtained the required license for sales in Canada.
