  • The University of Wisconsin-Madison Ergonomics Analysis and Design Consortium held its first annual meeting on January 28th at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Hamilton Laboratories in Cincinnati, OH. Participants included, NIOSH-Cincinnati, NIOSH-Pittsburgh, NCR Corporation, State of Washington Department of Labor and Purdue University.

    Ongoing development and enhancements of the MVTA software were discussed. Consortium Director, Professor Robert Radwin, indicated that many of the useful suggestions and enhancements provided by consortium member institutions would be incorporated into future updates of the commercial versions of the MVTA product.
